Overview

• Officers responded about 1:05 p.m. Thursday to a home on the 100 block of Carolina Street and found an unresponsive man with at least one gunshot wound.
• Paramedics pronounced the man dead at the scene, according to a Vallejo Police Department statement.
• Police said the killing is recorded as Vallejo’s 11th homicide of 2025.
• Investigators are examining the motive and circumstances of the shooting, and no suspect has been identified.
