Vallejo Man Confesses to Killing Mother After Hospital Stabbings

Frank McMillan, 63, of Vallejo, confessed to killing his mother after being hospitalized for stabbing his wife and himself.
McMillan allegedly attacked his wife at Kaiser Permanente Vallejo Medical Center before inflicting a stab wound on himself.
Both McMillan and his wife were in critical condition but are expected to recover from their injuries.
Police discovered McMillan's mother deceased at her home on Campbell Avenue following his confession.
McMillan has been charged with murder and attempted murder and will be booked into Solano County Jail upon medical clearance.
