Valencian GP Returns to Cheste This Weekend as Event-Only Rail Link Reopens

Emergency works restore access to Circuit Ricardo Tormo, enabling coordinated crowd plans for trains, buses and dedicated routes.

Overview

  • The Gran Premio Motul de la Comunitat Valenciana is confirmed for November 14–16 at Circuit Ricardo Tormo after last year’s flood-related cancellation and relocation to Montmeló.
  • The Transport Ministry will run a temporary Renfe Cercanías C‑3 service between Aldaia and the Circuit stop on the three event days, with broader line recovery funded at over €90 million.
  • The main bridge into Cheste, rebaptized Puente de la Memoria, reopened on October 26 following €5.4 million in works by the Diputació de València to restore a key access route.
  • BusForFun will operate direct routes with up to 400 buses subject to a 50-seat minimum per vehicle, using a priority access lane and reserved parking next to the venue.
  • The circuit has published a Fan Guide detailing access routes A–D and recommends arriving by motorcycle, while the sporting weekend features two injured 2025 champions absent and a Moto2 title still open with Diogo Moreira 24 points ahead of Manu González.
