Overview

• The Generalitat Valenciana has approved an extension of rent subsidies for owners displaced by the February 2023 Campanar fire until full rehabilitation of the building.
• Forty-one owner families already receiving emergency aid under the original decree will continue to benefit from the updated rental support.
• Subsidies will match actual rent costs, capped at €1,000 per month and rising by €100 for each additional resident up to €1,500.
• All payments will be granted retroactively to cover every month families have spent in rental housing since the blaze.
• The administrative order is being finalized and will be published soon in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana to formalize the programme.
