Overview

  • The €156 million initiative targets a 380,000 m² former industrial area, creating three supermanzanas that link the Turia gardens with the port via expanded green corridors.
  • It will deliver 3,204 new homes including 534 under public protection, 2,420 free-market units and 250 social dotational dwellings.
  • Development plans allocate 160,000 m² to parks and gardens and 120,000 m² to public roads and parking, with integrated stormwater deposits exceeding 6,000 m³.
  • Promoters will invest €5.9 million in rail track undergrounding while the city extends public transport along Avenida de Francia and builds a new bridge to connect Moreras with Nazaret.
  • The project design reserves 45,000 m² for community facilities and 94,000 m² for tertiary use to establish a technology hub within the redeveloped district.
