Overview
- Online registration is open ahead of the September 1 launch and enrollees will receive a basic emergency kit containing documents, blankets, signaling devices, cash and keys.
- Phase one installs informational tents in 15 flood-vulnerable pedanías on September 1 and phase two will deliver about 100 workshops in local pedanía halls.
- Phase three will expand sessions to 25 selected neighborhoods, schools, senior centers and disability centers led by a cohort of 300 trainers prepared in June and July.
- The curriculum, co-designed with Universitat de València, offers adaptive modules tailored to the specific needs of each community group.
- Valencia + Segura is structured as a permanent citywide campaign culminating in a ‘Gran Semana de la Prevención’ event on November 22–23.
