Overview

• Mercadona and Consum confirmed all stores in the Valencian Community will be closed on Sunday, 12 October.
• El Corte Inglés and the Arena, El Saler, Nuevo Centro and Aqua shopping centres will open with special hours from 11:00 to 21:00.
• Gran Turia, MN4, Ikea and Bonaire will keep shops closed on Sunday, though restaurant and foodservice areas will operate.
• Monday, 13 October will be a normal trading day in the Valencian Community as the holiday was not transferred.
• Some convenience formats, including Consum’s Charter outlets and Carrefour Express, will open on Sunday with location-specific hours.
