Overview
- The investigating judge, Nuria Ruiz Tobarra, ordered journalist Maribel Vilaplana to bring her parking ticket and any corroborating documents to Monday’s testimony.
- The request follows new details that President Carlos Mazón accompanied Vilaplana to the Glorieta Paz garage after a 15:00–18:45 lunch, with the ticket meant to fix how long they were together.
- The judge said the timing could clarify what Vilaplana heard about Mazón’s calls with then–interior chief Salomé Pradas and decisions relayed from the Cecopi emergency center.
- The court also summoned the Government Delegation’s Protection Civil head referenced by the 112 switchboard chief, who testified that a mass Es Alert was proposed at 18:35 but was sent at 20:11.
- The judge declined to re-question Pradas for now; she remains under investigation for alleged negligent homicide and injuries, while Mazón has refused three voluntary appearances and can only be cited by the TSJCV.
