  • During its mandate, the CID carried out 224 autopsies on flood victims and fully identified 221 individuals—171 by fingerprints, 48 by DNA and five through hospital records
  • Despite its closure, the Institute of Legal Medicine, National Police and Guardia Civil will continue assisting judicial authorities in the ongoing disaster investigation
