Vadodara Car Crash: Law Student Accused of Over-Speeding and Intoxication

A 20-year-old law student is under investigation after a high-speed crash killed one and injured four in Gujarat, with claims of reckless driving and possible intoxication.

CCTV footage shows Chaurasia and his friends shortly before the crash, with witnesses alleging he appeared intoxicated and was driving recklessly for enjoyment.
Victims, including Vikas Kewalani, claim the car was overspeeding, with one victim demanding stricter punishment for such incidents rather than just fines.
The accused denies being drunk and attributes the crash to a pothole and an obstructed view caused by the car's airbags, claiming he was driving at 50 km/h.
