- Facilities include a 200,000‑book library, a calligraphy school, craft workshops, a restoration laboratory, a children’s museum, and a 460‑seat conference hall.
- The building hosts offices for international bodies such as UNESCO, ICESCO, IRCICA and the Oxford Center for Islamic Studies to embed ongoing collaboration.
