Overview

  • Six international investor roadshows are scheduled in Singapore, Japan, South Korea, the UAE, Qatar and Canada during September–October 2025.
  • National roadshows will tour major Indian cities from December 2025 through early January 2026 to reinforce domestic investor engagement ahead of GIS 2026.
  • A new Human Resource Management System portal managed by Udyami Mitras has been launched to streamline communication and monitor project approvals.
  • Invest UP will hold biweekly investor roundtables, weekly strategy review meetings and high-level discussions with the Ministry of External Affairs to accelerate proposal conversion.
  • The fifth Ground Breaking Ceremony is slated for November 2025 with an initial investment target of ₹5 lakh crore that could rise to ₹10 lakh crore as commitments solidify.
