State leaders say fresh semiconductor plans, large data‑centre proposals and new skilling drives aim to turn Lucknow and Jewar into technology production and innovation hubs.

  • Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Tuesday framed a state shift from assembling phones to building a digital-economy infrastructure and announced that an HCL–Foxconn semiconductor unit is planned for Jewar.
