Overview

• The UP Tourism Department has finalized a 54 sqm pavilion at the Japan Tourism Expo from September 25–28 featuring digital LED displays, AR selfie panels, bilingual booklets and mobile-app booking options.
• A 465 sqm pavilion at the UP International Trade Show in Greater Noida will host live folk art demonstrations, classical dances and immersive showcases of the Buddhist Circuit.
• The state is highlighting the Buddhist Circuit sites of Sarnath, Kushinagar, Shravasti, Kaushambi, Sankisa and Kapilvastu alongside Ayurveda, yoga and rural tourism to attract Japanese Buddhist travellers.
