Overview

• Departments will no longer pick vendors as the new corporation will empanel and select service providers via the Government e-Marketplace.
• EPF and ESI contributions, along with monthly wages, will be transferred straight to employees’ bank accounts.
• Engagement terms include 26 working days per month, three-year appointments, and salary disbursal between the 1st and 5th of each month.
• Reservation will apply for SC, ST, OBC, EWS, persons with disabilities, ex-servicemen and women, with maternity leave and periodic training included.
• Recruitment will feature written tests and interviews, irregularities can trigger immediate termination, and Rs 15,000 will be provided for funeral assistance on death during service.
