• Mexico City Head of Government Clara Brugada inspected the Utopía Oyamel works in San Bernabé Ocotepec, Magdalena Contreras.
• Officials reported 33–35% progress on the two‑hectare site, with foundations, columns and beams already in place.
• Work began to install a repurposed Boeing 737 as an Avión Biblioteca with computers, physical and digital books, a flight simulator and a slide for children.
