• Charlie Kirk, 31, was fatally shot on Sept. 10 during an outdoor event at a Utah university by a gunman who fired from a rooftop and fled.
• Gov. Spencer Cox identified the detainee as Tyler Robinson, 22, and officials said they do not believe others were involved.
• State officials said Robinson had expressed dislike for Kirk’s views before the attack and told family he was involved, leading them to urge him to turn himself in.
