Utah man who falsely sold unproven COVID-19 treatment arrested after years on the run

Gordon Hunter Pederson was indicted in 2020 for selling an unproven coronavirus treatment and claiming to be a doctor.
Pederson had failed to appear in court on charges including mail fraud and introducing misbranded drugs.
He allegedly sold a silver product called "structural alkaline silver" as a COVID-19 cure.
Pederson was arrested recently after a three-year search by authorities.
His company, My Doctor Suggests LLC, had pleaded guilty to false marketing of the silver products.
