Utah Man Charged with Aggravated Murder and Child Abuse of Twin Toddlers

  • Dunn has a history of child abuse, having served two years in prison for breaking a child's arm in 2016.
  • Dunn is being held without bail and is scheduled to make an initial court appearance on Dec. 26.
