Utah Counselor and Blogger Plead Guilty to Child Abuse

Jodi Hildebrandt and Ruby Franke, who ran a parenting advice YouTube channel, admitted to physically and emotionally tormenting Franke's children.

Utah mental health counselor Jodi Hildebrandt and parenting advice blogger Ruby Franke pleaded guilty to four counts of aggravated child abuse.
The abuse was inflicted on Franke's children, with Hildebrandt's involvement, and was discovered when Franke's 12-year-old son escaped and sought help from a neighbor.
Hildebrandt and Franke were business partners, running a YouTube channel and Instagram account where they offered parenting advice and promoted their lifestyles.
Both women have agreed to serve prison terms, with sentencing set for February 20, 2024.
Details of the abuse include physical and emotional torment, with the children being told they were evil and needed to be punished.
