- Gabe Tesoriero will lead corporate communications for UTA’s global Music division after more than a decade as EVP of Media & Brand Strategy at Def Jam Recordings/Universal Music Group.
- Kate Cafaro joins from Amazon MGM Studios to head communications for UTA’s Filmed Entertainment division, drawing on prior roles at ICM Partners and CBS Media Ventures.
- Both executives will report to Senior Vice President Claudia Russo and Chief Communications Officer Cassandra Bujarski, who took on the CCO role in February.
- Last year Tesoriero founded Screaming Target and managed a roster including Clipse, Rod Wave, PartyNextDoor and Phish.
- The hires reflect UTA’s push for specialized communications leadership to support its expanded portfolio following acquisitions of Curtis Brown and ROOF football.
