• Emilio Nava earned his spot by winning the US Open Wild Card Challenge after a strong summer that saw him reach a career-high ranking of world No. 105.
• Stefan Dostanic secured a main-draw entry by claiming the title at the inaugural American Collegiate Wild Card Playoffs in June.
• Darwin Blanch will make his Grand Slam debut following his victory at the USTA Boys’ 18s National Championships in Kalamazoo.
• Nine American players including Andres Martin, Tyler Zink, Patrick Maloney, Garrett Johns, Martin Damm, Jack Kennedy, Benjamin Willwerth, Michael Zheng and Jack Satterfield received qualifying wild cards for the August 18–21 tournament.
