  • The U.S. Tennis Association has unveiled an $800 million project to renovate the Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in Flushing Meadows, New York.
  • Arthur Ashe Stadium will gain modernized concourses, a grand entrance, 2,000 additional courtside seats, and two new luxury suite levels while maintaining its 24,000-seat capacity.
  • A $250 million player performance center will be constructed, featuring indoor and outdoor training spaces, upgraded locker rooms, lounges, a courtyard, and a dedicated café.
  • The phased renovation will begin after the 2025 US Open and is scheduled for completion by the 2027 tournament, ensuring uninterrupted play and fan access in 2025 and 2026.
  • The project will be entirely self-funded by the USTA, continuing its strategy of reinvesting US Open revenues without relying on public funding.
