USPS to Issue Jimmy Carter Forever Stamp on Oct. 1

The stamp design by art director Ethel Kessler, based on Herbert E. Abrams’s 1982 portrait, was unveiled in Plains, Georgia.

  • The Postal Service announced the Jimmy Carter Forever stamp will be released Oct. 1 to mark what would have been his 101st birthday.
