- All Post Office locations will be closed nationwide on Tuesday, Nov. 11, in observance of Veterans Day, according to USPS.
- Only Priority Mail Express will be delivered on Veterans Day, with no regular mail delivery or retail counter service that day.
- Regular mail delivery and retail services are scheduled to resume on Wednesday, Nov. 12.
- USPS says more than 2,600 self-service kiosks in select lobbies remain available around the clock for postage, stamp purchases, package weighing and mailing, and tracking.
- Postmaster General David Steiner emphasized honoring veterans and noted USPS is a major civilian employer of veterans, and the agency reminded customers of remaining 2025 closures on Thanksgiving Day (Nov. 27) and Christmas Day (Dec. 25).
