- Postal officials unveiled 19 stamp designs for 2026 that highlight American culture, history and nature, noting the designs may change.
- First-day ceremonies are set for several issues: Muhammad Ali on Jan. 15 in Louisville, Colorado statehood on Jan. 24 in Denver, Phillis Wheatley on Jan. 29 in Boston, and Lunar New Year on Feb. 3 in Houston.

- USPS says additional 2026 issues and dates will be announced, and customers can purchase stamps via the Postal Store, by phone, by mail through USA Philatelic, or at select post offices.
