- The US Postal Service has begun the rollout of its first EV charging stations, with hundreds of new sorting and delivery centers set to open around the country this year.

- USPS has signed an agreement to buy 9,250 Ford E-Transit BEVs from Ford, with plans to purchase another 11,750 commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) vehicles from other manufacturers.
- The USPS is converting around 400 post office sites into new sorting and delivery centers that will serve as larger hubs to deploy EVs along local carrier routes.
- The first 14,000 EV chargers will be manufactured by Siemens, Rexel/ChargePoint, and Blink.
