  • Springville Meat & Cold Storage issued the recall on June 3 for about 15,388 pounds of products produced from May 30, 2023, to May 30, 2025
  • FSIS found that a switch to a Worcestershire sauce containing anchovies led to misbranding and undeclared allergens
  • Recalled items include beef, venison, buffalo and elk jerky bearing establishment number EST.20528 inside the USDA mark of inspection
  • Affected products were distributed to retail outlets nationwide
  • No adverse reactions have been reported to date and consumers should dispose of or return any affected products
