USAID chief announces $250 million for Ukrainian farmers as Russia exits grain deal

U.S. aid chief Samantha Power pledged $250 million to help Ukrainian farmers affected by blocked Black Sea grain shipments.
The investment will focus on boosting Ukraine's agricultural infrastructure and expanding export routes.
Power called on governments and the private sector to match the U.S. investment with another $250 million.
Power also announced over $500 million in humanitarian assistance for Ukraine.
Power handed over $2.3 million in equipment to help repair damage to Ukraine's critical infrastructure inflicted by Russia.
