Overview
- A five-count superseding indictment unsealed June 24 charges Giovanni Vicente Mosquera Serrano and Jose Enrique Martinez Flores with providing material support to a designated foreign terrorist organization and conspiring to distribute at least five kilograms of cocaine destined for the United States.
- Mosquera Serrano, a senior Tren de Aragua leader accused of directing operations across Colombia, Central America and the U.S., has been added to the FBI’s Top 10 Most Wanted Fugitives list with a $3 million reward for his capture.
- Jose Enrique Martinez Flores was arrested in Bogota on March 31 under a U.S. provisional warrant and remains in Colombian custody pending extradition.
