Overview

  • Soldiers from the 210th Field Artillery Brigade and U.S. Army Garrison Yongsan-Casey took part in the tour at Gyeongbokgung Palace on July 25.
  • The U.S. Army Garrison Casey Community Relations Office partnered with Dongducheon City to provide newcomers with an immersive cultural overview of Seoul.
  • Korea Cultural Heritage Foundation personnel reenacted the Changing of the Royal Guard to showcase Joseon Dynasty security practices at the palace gates.
  • Participants toured exhibits on King Sejong and Admiral Yi Sun-sin and sampled traditional Korean cuisine, including Ssalgangjeong rice snacks.
