U.S. Poet Laureate Ada Limón Pens Poem for NASA's Europa Clipper Mission

Ada Limón wrote a poem called "In Praise of Mystery: A Poem for Europa" for NASA's upcoming Europa Clipper mission to Jupiter's moon Europa.
The poem will be engraved on the Europa Clipper spacecraft, which will launch in October 2024.
Limón struggled to write the poem at first but found inspiration in recognizing Earth's wonders while exploring outer space.
The poem pays tribute to the night sky, Earth's seas, and "invisible worlds."
Limón is the first Latina U.S. poet laureate and recently began her second term as poet laureate.
