Jones, 20, was wanted in the early August shooting outside District 64 in downtown Fargo that killed 19-year-old Azeem Holmes and wounded two others. The U.S. Marshals Service North Star Fugitive Task Force arrested him at a Minneapolis residence identified through Fargo Police investigation. Capt. Matt Christensen said the arrest was without incident and that Jones attempted to give a fake name when confronted. He was booked into the Hennepin County Jail shortly before 1:30 p.m. Wednesday and remains in custody. Fargo Police held a 3:30 p.m. news conference and said they are working with the Cass County State’s Attorney on extradition with no timetable yet.
