  • The alert was updated to include Trader Joe’s Cajun Style Blackened Chicken Breast Fettuccine Alfredo in 16‑oz trays with best‑if‑used‑by dates Sept. 20, 24, or 27, 2025, marked P‑45288 inside the USDA inspection mark.
  • Company testing by FreshRealm detected Listeria monocytogenes in the pre‑cooked linguine ingredient supplied by Nate’s Fine Foods, and federal agencies are conducting genetic analysis to assess any link to the earlier outbreak.
  • FreshRealm advised Walmart to pull the affected meals and the retailer removed them, no formal recall has been issued, and consumers are urged to discard the products or return them for a refund.
