Nicholas Rossi, an American fugitive who faked his own death, has been extradited from Scotland to the United States and is now in a Utah jail.
Rossi is facing charges for allegedly raping two women in Utah in 2008.
One of the victims came forward in 2021 after Utah County requested Rossi's extradition from Scotland.
Rossi, who has used at least 10 aliases, was discovered in a Glasgow hospital in 2021 while receiving treatment for COVID-19.
He lost his final appeal against extradition in December 2023 and was taken into custody by the U.S. Marshals Service.
