U.S. Envoy Says Syria’s Sharaa Plans Washington Visit to Join Anti-ISIS Coalition

The expected signing would signal Washington’s openness to the transitional government after HTS’s delisting.

  • U.S. Special Envoy Tom Barrack said in Bahrain that President Ahmed al-Sharaa is expected to travel to Washington in November.
