- Daylight Saving Time begins Sunday, March 8, 2026 at 2:00 a.m. local time, when clocks jump to 3:00 a.m.
- DST ends Sunday, November 1, 2026 at 2:00 a.m., when clocks are set back to 1:00 a.m. to return to standard time.
- The adjustment is made at 2:00 a.m. in each U.S. time zone in sequence from Eastern to Alaska Time to maintain local uniformity.
- Most states observe DST, but Hawaii and most of Arizona do not; several territories, including Puerto Rico, also remain on standard time year-round.
