- DHS Secretary Noem issued waivers to expedite about nine miles in the San Diego Sector and roughly 30 miles in New Mexico within the El Paso Sector.
- Large sector projects include El Paso 3 ($850 million), Tucson 1 ($606 million), El Centro 1 ($574 million), and Del Rio 1 ($565 million).
- CBP said additional contract awards are expected in the coming months as construction under the One Big Beautiful Bill continues.
