Urgent Manhunt Launched After Attempted Child Abduction on Train

British Transport Police release CCTV image of suspect who grabbed baby from mother on train near Worksop.

The incident occurred at 7.30pm on Saturday, August 17, as the train approached Worksop, Nottinghamshire.
A man grabbed a baby girl from her mother's arms and ran down the carriage before a relative managed to retrieve the child.
The suspect exited the train at Barnsley, South Yorkshire, after the baby was returned to her mother.
British Transport Police have released a CCTV image of the man they believe may have information crucial to the investigation.
Authorities are urging anyone with information to contact British Transport Police by texting 61016 or calling 0800 40 50 40, referencing number 228 of August 18.
