• Kurgan Oblast: cloudy with clear spells and largely dry, winds up to 12 m/s, daytime to +5°C and nighttime to −3°C. Tyumen and Yamalo‑Nenets: mostly dry with morning fog in places, daytime up to +2 to +3°C, nighttime −10°C and down to −15°C where skies clear.
• Khanty‑Mansi (Yugra): mostly clear and dry with winds up to 10 m/s, daytime to +5°C and nighttime to −11°C, with no broad weather warnings issued.
