Overview

• The Leioa campus will receive a new student residence currently at project stage with final capacity and cost details pending confirmation.
• Expected to break ground in 2026 with a €21.4 million budget, the Donostia residence will offer about 200 rooms adjacent to the Manuel Agud Querol building.

• The Tomás Alfaro residence in Álava is set to expand from 230 to 450 places, more than doubling its current capacity.
