Overview

• The Civil Services Preliminary Examination took place on May 25, 2025, in two shifts covering General Studies Paper 1 and the CSAT.
• Based on past patterns of 15–20 days turnaround, results are anticipated by June 14, with an official declaration still awaited.
• The UPSC will upload a PDF listing roll numbers of qualifiers on its website, where candidates can download and search for their numbers using Ctrl+F.
• Question papers for both GS Paper 1 and GS Paper 2 have already been released on upsc.gov.in for aspirants’ reference.
• Qualifiers must use the new four-part UPSC online portal to complete the Detailed Application Form-I and secure their place in the Mains exam.
