UPSC Releases 2025 Exam Schedules for Geo-Scientist and Engineering Services
The Union Public Service Commission has announced the preliminary exam dates for Geo-Scientist and Engineering Services, set for February and June 2025 respectively.
- The UPSC Combined Geo-Scientist Preliminary Exam will take place on February 9, 2025, with two objective-type papers totaling 400 marks.
- The exam will be conducted in two shifts: the first from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM and the second from 2 PM to 4 PM.
- The UPSC Engineering Services Preliminary Exam is scheduled for June 8, 2025, also in two shifts, covering General Studies and discipline-specific papers.
- Candidates can access the detailed exam schedules on UPSC's official website, upsc.gov.in, for both examinations.
- The Geo-Scientist recruitment drive aims to fill 85 positions, with registration having closed on September 24, 2024.
