UPSC Publishes 2025 Exam Schedule for IES, ISS, and CMS

The exams will take place in June and July 2025, with 752 vacancies announced and updated procedural guidelines for candidates.

Overview

  • The Indian Economic Service (IES) and Indian Statistical Service (ISS) exams are scheduled for June 20–22, 2025, with two daily shifts: 9 am–12 noon and 2:30 pm–5:30 pm.
  • The Combined Medical Services (CMS) exam will be held on July 20, 2025, conducted in two shifts: 9:30 am–11:30 am and 2 pm–4 pm.
  • UPSC has announced 47 vacancies for IES/ISS (12 for IES and 35 for ISS) and 705 vacancies for CMS across various medical departments.
  • Candidates must arrive at the exam venue at least 30 minutes before each session, with no late entry allowed under any circumstances.
  • A seven-day window is available for candidates to submit question paper representations via the Online Question Paper Representation Portal (QPRep).
