- The portal on upsc.gov.in is live for Mains 2025 qualified candidates to submit or update required particulars for the Personality Test stage.
- Applicants must log in via the designated link, complete the form accurately, download the confirmation page, and retain a printed copy.
- UPSC will announce the Personality Test timetable separately, with interviews to be conducted at Dholpur House, Shahjahan Road, New Delhi.
- E‑summon letters will be issued on the Commission’s website, and candidates unable to download them should contact 011-23385271/011-23381125, fax 011-23387310/011-23384472, or email csm-upsc@nic.in.
- The Mains results were declared on November 11, 2025, and the Commission has urged qualifiers to complete submissions promptly to avoid delays in e‑summon issuance.
