Overview

• Candidates can download e-admit cards from upsc.gov.in, upsconline.gov.in or upsconline.nic.in by entering their registration number and date of birth.
• The Mains exam will run on August 22, 23, 24, 30 and 31 with morning sessions from 9 am to 12 noon and afternoon sessions from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm.
• Entry to examination venues closes 30 minutes before each session and no candidate will be allowed without the printed admit card and the original photo identity card matching the hall ticket.
• Mobile phones, smart or digital watches and other communication-capable devices are prohibited inside exam halls, though simple wristwatches are permitted.
• About 14,161 aspirants have been shortlisted for the Mains phase competing for 979 vacancies, and UPSC directs candidates to report any admit-card errors promptly via its official grievance email.
