UPSC Extends NDA and CDS I 2025 Registration Deadline to January 1

Candidates can now apply for over 860 vacancies across defense academies until 6 PM today due to technical issues.

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) extended the registration deadline for NDA and CDS I 2025 exams to January 1, 2025, at 6 PM, citing technical issues.
The exams will fill 406 positions in the National Defence Academy and Naval Academy and 457 positions through the Combined Defence Services (CDS) exam.
Eligible candidates can apply online at upsconline.gov.in and make corrections to their applications between January 1 and January 7, 2025.
The application fees are ₹100 for NDA & NA I and ₹200 for CDS I, with exemptions for SC/ST candidates, female applicants, and wards of JCOs/NCOs/Ors.
Both exams are scheduled to take place on April 13, 2025, with the final number of vacancies subject to change based on training capacities.
