UP Social Welfare Hits 3,900 iGOT Karmayogi Enrolments, 21,150 Course Completions

The state plans to connect every department to the platform to scale training for more accountable public services.

  • By September 2025, the department logged 3,900 registrations on iGOT Karmayogi with 21,150 course completions totaling 15,893 training hours.
  • Completions include 2,759 employees finishing at least one course, 2,289 completing three or more, and 1,611 completing fewer than three, with 1,141 still in training.
  • Minister of State Asim Arun said the programme aims to build an efficient, transparent, accountable workforce and improve service delivery.
  • Training spans workplace wellbeing and compliance to technical skills, including Yoga Break at Workplace, the POSH Act 2013, GeM procurement, NEP 2020, AI basics, and the RTI Act.
  • Under Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath’s direction, departments are being rapidly linked to the portal as the state touts gains in transparency, efficiency, and citizen satisfaction.
