UP Police Constable Exam Results Announced for Over 60,000 Vacancies

The Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment Board has released results for the 2024 constable exam, with over 1.7 lakh candidates advancing to the next selection stages.

The Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPRPB) declared the results for the 2024 constable recruitment exam on November 21, now available at uppbpb.gov.in.
Out of 48 lakh registered candidates, 32 lakh appeared for the exam, with 174,316 candidates qualifying for the next round—2.5 times the number of available positions.
The recruitment drive aims to fill 60,244 constable positions, with 12,049 reserved for women and 48,195 for men.
Qualified candidates will proceed to document verification and Physical Standard Tests (PST) in December, followed by Physical Efficiency Tests (PET) in January 2025.
The exam was conducted in two phases across five days in August 2024, with results determined using a normalization process due to multiple shifts.
