UP Cancels 64 MBBS Admissions for Fake Freedom-Fighter Quota Certificates

District magistrate checks across 10 districts confirmed forgeries, prompting FIR requests from the medical education directorate.

As per 2% horizontal reservation under the freedom fighter dependent sub-category, 88 seats were available for allocation, against which 79 were allotted through online counselling.
